1. eBooks (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been granted.

Exceptions for Refunds on eBooks:

We may offer a refund under the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same eBook.

  • You did not receive access to the eBook due to a technical issue and contacted us within 7 days of purchase.

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable and cannot be replaced.

2. Paperback Books (Physical Products)

You may return or request a replacement for paperback books under the following conditions:

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

  • The book arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items.

Return Process:

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error we made.

Refunds:
